Codes for Philips Universal Remote:
Although the sticker in the battery compartment says CL035A, the model of the remote is actually a SRU 3007. It’s a big button remote. Here are the links:

Navigation Instructions for the Wary:
If you are skeptical about clicking through to links found on WikiAnswers (I know I was), you can simply visit:
www.urc.philips.com (The Universal Remote Control sub-page)
Under the large number 1 in the left menu, Click on United States URC Models
Wait for page to refresh, then choose “My remote control starts with SRU”
Choose SRU 3007
A link to the product manual will show up. There is also a link to the remote codes, only, but you would still need to know how to program the remote in order to actually INPUT these codes. The codes list does not have instructions for inputting the codes, so here they are:
Device Code Lookup Link:

DIRECT CODE ENTRY METHOD:
Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
Press and release the desired mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables (on separate sheet). Note: after a valid code entry, the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your equipment, try one of the other codes for your brand.
CODE SEARCH METHOD:
Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be controlled.
Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
Press and quickly release the desired mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks off once.
Press the CHANNEL UP button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until the device to be controlled changes channel. The red indicator blinks off with each button press. If you accidentally overshoot the code required, press the CHANNEL DOWN button to backtrack through the library until the device changes channel. Pressing CHANNEL UP changes direction to forward again.
Press and release MUTE to install the code.
The sticker reads wrong… that I agree. But the actual model is not US2-PH63S it is SRU3005. Below is the link to the manual available on the tool provided at www.urc.philips.com.

Although the sticker inside the battery compartment reads “CL035A,” the model is actually US2-PH63S on the Philips website. There is nothing printed on the outside of the remote other than “Philips UNIVERSAL.” On the original packaging, you may only see “PH63S,” which will frustrate any attempts to navigate the Philips website for the corresponding codes or support documents.
Note to Philips: please include the model number on the outside of your remotes, and verify that it corresponds to the help documentation on your corporate website.
Use the online code lookup tool at http://www.urc.philips.com/find_baseCode.asp?setupDocId=533&efsetupDocId=-1&asDocId=533&readDocId=-1.
In most cases, you will have several codes to try. You will need to try programming them one at a time in order to determine which one works best.
In order to program the remote, press the Code Search button until the LED lights solid red. Then press the button corresponding to the device type (TV, DVD, etc.). Input the four digit code for your device. The red light will turn off when a valid code is entered. (If the light remains on, you have mistyped the code and you need to start over.) Test to see if the channel or other buttons work for the device.
Write down the codes and tape them to your remote because they will need to be programmed every time the batteries are changed or someone accidentally presses the Code Search button!
Actually it’s a SRU3007/27 big button remote control.
Actually that information is wrong. The CLO35A is the US2-PH63S. The unit listed above is a little more user friendly and probably cost a few dollars more. The CLO35S does not have all the buttons and the color scheme is different. Granted, all the programming features for the SRU3007/27 will probably work on the US2-PH63S (not confirmed, educated guess).

Here is the phillips link to it. I found that my remote labeled CL035A was actually PM3S/PM3ST.
Here is the link to that user manual:

The programming was easy.
